These terms govern your use of XKINCODE's retail POS & ERP software ("the Software") and the XKINCODE license/subscription service. By purchasing or using XKINCODE, you agree to these terms.
A license to install and run the Software on a domain you control, with the feature modules included in your chosen plan or purchased separately. XKINCODE does not host your shop's data — you install and run the Software on your own server/hosting, and you are responsible for that hosting and for backing up your own data.
Modules are enabled or disabled centrally based on your active subscription. If your subscription lapses beyond the grace period, non-core modules are disabled until renewed; your core billing/inventory data is never deleted or held hostage.
Fees are billed for the cycle you choose at checkout (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and are due in advance. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
You own your business data (customers, invoices, inventory). XKINCODE's license server stores only what's needed to operate licensing: your business name, domain, contact details, and payment records. See our Privacy Policy.
You won't use the Software for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass licensing/module restrictions, or resell access without a written agreement with XKINCODE.
The Software is provided "as is." XKINCODE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost sales from downtime) beyond the fees you've paid in the preceding 3 months, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
