This policy explains what information XKINCODE collects when you purchase or use our licensing service (panel.xkincode.com and the license checks made by installed Software).

What we collect

• Business name, contact name, phone, and email — provided at signup
• The domain where you install the Software
• Payment records (amount, date, payment reference) — we do not store your card or UPI details; payments are processed by Razorpay
• License check-in data — when your installed Software checks its license, we log the timestamp and version number, to know your install is active and up to date

What we don't collect

XKINCODE's license server does not access, store, or transmit your shop's actual business data — customer records, bills, inventory, or staff data stay entirely within your own installation and hosting.

How we use it

To operate your license (enable the modules you've paid for), to contact you about your account (renewals, updates), and to improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

Sharing

We share payment details with Razorpay (our payment processor) to process transactions. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Your rights

You can request a copy of what we hold about your account, or request deletion of your account records after your subscription ends (subject to reasonable record-keeping requirements, e.g. for tax purposes).
